HOPE 2025 RECAP
A Year of Growth, Partnership and People.
As we reflect on 2025, we are proud to share a year marked by growth, strong partnerships, service expansion and, above all, our people. This year has reinforced our commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while strengthening our presence across communities, educational institutions and local authorities.
Service Growth Across Our Branches.
Ilford – Head Office and Ilford Branch
Our Ilford Head Office and Ilford branch continued to play a central role in 2025, delivering a wide range of services while expanding partnerships across multiple boroughs. We strengthened our working relationships with London Borough of Redbridge, London Borough of Newham, Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Milton Keynes, Essex, Croydon and Bexley.
As a result, HOPE Superjobs received an increased volume of referrals from boroughs across and surrounding London, generating more employment opportunities within health and social care. Services delivered from Ilford include home care and domiciliary care for children and adults, respite services, outreach support, welfare checks, passenger escort services, supported living, and family contact services—all delivered with our usual focus on quality, safeguarding and person-centred care.
Alongside this, our supported living provision continued to expand, enabling HOPE Superjobs to support a growing number of young people and adults to live as independently as possible within safe and supportive environments.
Ilford Family Contact Centre
Our Ilford Family Contact Centre continued to develop strong and trusted relationships with both commissioning bodies and private clients. During 2025, we received increased referrals and welcomed new clients, allowing us to expand our reach into additional boroughs across England while maintaining high standards of supervision, safeguarding and family-focused support.

This launch represented our continued commitment to expanding high-quality adult social care services and strengthening our presence in new regions.
The Southampton branch continued to strengthen its adult social care services, supporting individuals with dignity and respect. Our teams worked closely with local stakeholders to ensure timely, safe and effective care delivery.
Swindon Branch – Community Living and Domiciliary Care

Nottingham Branch – Domiciliary Care, Short-Breaks and Supported Living
The Nottingham branch experienced significant growth in 2025, with expansion across domiciliary care, short-breaks and supported living services. Our supported living provision has grown considerably, allowing us to support an increasing number of young people and adults with tailored care packages.
In addition to Nottingham and Derbyshire, HOPE Superjobs expanded its commissioned social care services into Manchester, developing strong and collaborative relationships with the Manchester Borough and key commissioning bodies.

Quality and Compliance
Hackney Family Contact Centre – A New Chapter
In 2025, HOPE Superjobs was awarded the Hackney Family Contact Centre contract, marking a major achievement for the organisation. The centre was officially inaugurated on 01 September 2025 by Managing Director, Marlene Joseph.
This exciting development allows us to build strong and meaningful partnerships with the Local Authority and private clients within Hackney and surrounding areas. We extend a warm welcome to our new Hackney Family Contact Centre team.
We also wish to recognise the outstanding contribution of our Regional Manager, whose leadership and hands-on input were instrumental in establishing the new centre and ensuring the smooth and effective running of operations, both at Hackney and across HOPE Superjobs’ wider Family Contact Centre services.
Photographs from both the Hackney inauguration and the Southampton branch opening are proudly featured alongside this newsletter, capturing these memorable moments.
